NVL được giao dịch nhiều nhất trong phiên với gần 128 triệu cổ phiếu, "hấp thụ" gần hết khối chất bán sàn. Phiên giao dịch hôm nay 22/11/2022 thị trường chứng khoán lại có phiên giảm điểm. Vn-Index về sát vùng giá 952 điểm. Tuy vậy đây là phiên mang lại khá nhiều bất ngờ cho nhà đầu tư:

Thứ nhất, về khối lượng cổ phiếu được giao dịch: Phiên hôm nay nhà đầu tư khá bất ngờ với hơn 1,05 tỷ cổ phiếu được giao dịch, lấy lại mức kỷ lục mấy phiên trước đó. Tổng giá trị giao dịch đạt gần 16.700 tỷ đồng. So với số cổ phiếu khớp lệnh và giá trị giao dịch, có thể thấy các giao dịch đang khớp lệnh ở mức giá thấp.

Đợt giảm điểm này nhiều cổ phiếu lớn đã “bay” 40-50% giá trị, thậm chí nhiều cổ phiếu còn có tỷ lệ giảm mạnh hơn. Nhiều tài khoản chứng khoán bị call margin, bị các công ty chứng khoán bán giải chấp. Nhiều công ty chứng khoán lo ngại, đề phòng nên cắt margin hoặc giảm tỷ lệ cho vay ký quỹ xuống một cách đột ngột.

Thứ 2, xét TOP 5 cổ phiếu giao dịch nhiều nhất trong phiên, bất ngờ với NVL của Tập đoàn Novaland (HM:NVL). Kết phiên NVL vẫn còn dư bán sàn hơn 6,6 triệu cổ phiếu, nhưng tổng khối lượng được giao dịch trong phiên là con số “khủng” gần 128,7 triệu cổ phiếu với giá trị gần 3.300 tỷ đồng. Nhà đầu tư đang “vẽ” nên một kịch bản tươi sáng hơn khi dòng tiền đang đổ vào “cứu” thị trường.

Đứng thứ 2 trong TOP 5 cổ phiếu giao dịch nhiều nhất phiên có HPG (HM:HPG) với hơn 43 triệu cổ phiếu. Các cổ phiếu giao dịch nhiều thứ 3, 4, 5 là VND (HM:VND), DIG (HM:DIG), PDR (HM:PDR) đều đạt từ 35 đến gần 37 triệu cổ phiếu. Con số lớn này góp phần tạo nên tổng số hơn 1 tỷ cổ phiếu được giao dịch trong phiên. HPG cũng đã cỏ phiến tiếp theo giảm nhẹ chỉ 1% sau chuỗi mấy phiên tăng mạnh. PDR “lọt TOP” nhưng kết phiên vẫn còn chất dư bán sàn hơn 80 triệu cổ phiếu. “Lực lượng” giải cứu chưa hấp thu hết được số cổ phiếu chất sàn này.

Thứ 3, giao dịch của khối ngoại. Phiên hôm nay khối ngoại đổ bộ, tổng giá trị mua vào hơn 1.600 tỷ đồng với hơn 73,4 triệu cổ phiếu được mua. Trong khi chiều bán ra cũng nhiều với hơn 69,4 triệu cổ phiếu, tổng giá trị giao dịch gần 1.400 tỷ đồng.

HPG lại chính là cổ phiếu được khối ngoại giao dịch nhiều nhất, hơn 13 triệu đơn vị, chiếm khoảng 30% tổng số cổ pheieus HPG giao dịch trong phiên. Đứng thứ 2 là MBB (HM:MBB) với hơn 10,55 triệu cổ phiếu. Thứ 3 là SSI (HM:SSI) vaowis hơn 9 triệu cổ phiếu. NLG (HM:NLG) và STB (HM:STB) là 2 cổ phiếu đứng thứ 4, 5 trong TOP 5 với hơn 6 triệu cổ phiếu được giao dịch.
