Trung Tâm lưu ký Chứng khoán Việt Nam vừa thông báo hủy đăng ký chứng khoán thêm 3 mã cổ phiếu. Cụ thể, VSD sẽ hủy đăng ký chứng khoán đối với gần 4,37 triệu cổ phiếu SCV của CTCP Muối Việt Nam do công ty là doanh nghiệp cổ phần hóa không phải là công ty đại chúng đã hủy đăng ký giao dịch chứng khoán và có yêu cầu hủy đăng ký chứng khoán tại VSD. Ngày hủy có hiệu lực là 23/12/2022.

Tương tự, 39,32 triệu cổ phiếu DNW (HN:DNW) của CTCP Cấp nước Điện Biên cũng sẽ bị hủy đăng ký chứng khoán tại VSD do công ty đã hủy tư cách công ty đại chúng trước đó. Ngày hủy có hiệu lực là 4/1/2023.

Được biết đầu tháng 10 vừa qua, Cấp nước Điện Biên đã công bố Nghị quyết ĐHCĐ bất thường năm 2022 trong đó thông qua phương án hủy tư các công ty đại chúng, hủy đăng ký giao dịch cổ phiếu trên sàn UPCoM và hủy đăng ký cổ phiếu tập trung tại Trung tâm Lưu ký Chứng khoán (VSD).

Được biết Cấp nước Điện Biên đưa 39,32 triệu cổ phiếu DBW (tương ứng vốn điều lệ 393,2 tỷ đồng) lên giao dịch trên UPCoM từ 9/1/2017 với giá tham chiếu 10.000 đồng. Sau gần 6 năm giao lên sàn, mã không xuất hiện bất cứ một giao dịch nào. Điều này hoàn toàn dễ hiểu bởi 99,41% vốn cổ phần của DBW đang được sở hữu bởi UBND tỉnh Điện Biên. Hiện công ty có 175 cổ đông.

Về kết quả kinh doanh, 9 tháng năm 2022, công ty đạt tổng cộng gần 55 tỷ đồng doanh thu - tăng 23% so với quý 3/2021 qua đó thực hiện được 87% mục tiêu doanh thu cả năm; lợi nhuận sau thuế thu về 830 triệu đồng - giảm so với mức 1,08 tỷ YoY và mới chỉ hoàn thành được 42% chi tiêu lợi nhuận cả năm.

Ngoài ra, VSD cũng hủy đăng ký chứng khoán đối với 16,01 triệu cổ phiếu VNW của CTCP Điện cơ Thống Nhất kể từ ngày 14/12/2022 do công ty này đã hủy tư cách công ty đại chúng.
