Ngoài Phó Chủ tịch Huyền bị call margin, Chủ tịch Tuấn và Phó Chủ tịch Cường cũng sẽ bị bán giải chấp gần 2,5 triệu cổ phiếu DIG (HM:DIG) trong phiên hôm nay. Ngày 8/11, Công ty TNHH Chứng khoán ACB (HM:ACB) (ACBS) thông báo bán giải chấp cổ phiếu thuộc tài khoản của ông Nguyễn Thiện Tuấn - Chủ tịch HĐQT DIC Corp (HOSE: DIG) và ông Nguyễn Hùng Cường - con trai ông Tuấn kiêm Phó Chủ tịch HĐQT.

Theo đó, ACBS sẽ tiến hành bán giải chấp hơn 1,06 triệu cổ phiếu DIG của Chủ tịch Tuấn và 1,42 triệu đơn vị của Phó Chủ tịch từ ngày 9/11/2022.

Cũng trong ngày 8/11, CTCP Chứng khoán MB (HN:MBS) thông báo bán giải chấp gần 850.000 cổ phiếu DIG do bà Nguyễn Thị Thanh Huyền, Phó Chủ tịch DIG nắm giữ. Ngày 7/11, bà Huyền cũng nhận được thông báo tương tự của Chứng khoán Yuanta về việc bán giải chấp 1.44 triệu cổ phiếu DIG trong tài khoản. Đáng chú, bà Huyền chỉ vừa mới mua vào hơn 4 triệu cổ phiếu từ ngày 7/10 - 4/11/2022 (bằng 23% lượng cổ phiếu đăng ký trước đó).

Trước đó, từ 27-28/10, Chủ tịch Nguyễn Thiện Tuấn đã bị bán giải chấp 3 triệu cổ phiếu. Phó Chủ tịch Cường bị bán 1,4 triệu đơn vị trong ngày 30/10 và 01/11..

Đến ngày 7/11, cha con Chủ tịch DIG cũng bị CTCK Yuanta Việt Nam (YSVN) thông báo bán giải chấp tổng cộng 3,57 cổ phiếu. Thời hạn thực hiện từ ngày 7/11 đến khi đảm bảo được tỷ lệ ký quỹ theo quy định.

Tạm dừng phiên sáng nay (9/11), cổ phiếu DIG giảm về mức 14.350 đồng/cp. Chiếu theo thị giá này, ước tính tổng giá trị 2 thương vụ đạt hơn 36 tỷ đồng.

Mới đây, trước sự rớt giá của cổ phiếu DIG, DIC Corp đã phải hoán đổi tài sản đảm bảo cho 3 lô trái phiếu 3.500 tỷ đồng bằng bất động sản.

 Cụ thể, Công ty đã giải chấp 55 triệu cổ và thế chấp bổ sung 24,2 triệu cổ phiếu DIG từ việc chia cổ tức và cổ tức thưởng tỷ lệ 22% theo chốt quyền hồi tháng 7.

Bên cạnh đó, DIG bổ sung 80 bất động sản tại xã Đại Phước, huyện Nhơn Trạch, tỉnh Đồng Nai làm tài sản đảm bảo cho 3 lô trái phiếu.
