Thanh khoản sụt giảm trong tuần giao dịch 21 - 25/11, tuy nhiên, dòng tiền lại khá mạnh ở nhóm bất động sản.

Tuần 21 - 15/11, chứng khoán tiếp nối đà đi lên của tuần trước đó và tăng điểm nhẹ. VN-Index tăng nhẹ 0.2% lên 971.4 điểm. HNX-Index tăng 3% lên 196.77 điểm. Song thị trường lại không thật sự hưng phấn thể hiện qua thanh khoản sụt giảm đáng kể. Ở sàn HOSE, khối lượng giao dịch giảm 18% còn hơn 671 triệu đơn vị/phiên, giá trị giao dịch theo đó giảm hơn 12.5% còn gần 10.3 ngàn tỷ đồng.

Còn trên HNX, khối lượng giao dịch giảm hơn 21% còn 68.3 triệu đơn vị/phiên. Giá trị giao dịch sàn này theo đó giảm gần 15% còn 788.4 tỷ đồng/phiên.

Tổng quan thanh khoản tuần 21 - 25/11

 

Điểm đáng chú ý tuần qua là dòng tiền ở nhóm cổ phiếu bất động sản. Hàng loạt cổ phiếu thuộc nhóm này đứng top về mức tăng thanh khoản trên sàn HOSE. Các mã bất động sản NVL (HM:NVL), PDR (HM:PDR), EVG, KHG, DHM, CIG, LDG (HM:LDG) HDG (HM:HDG), NLG (HM:NLG), HAR là những đại diện dẫn đầu toàng sàn HOSE về mức tăng thanh khoản.

Trong đó, thanh khoản của NVL và PDR tăng đột biến lần lượt 8,000% và hơn 6,400%, đạt 33.9 triệu đơn vị/phiên và 8.1 triệu đơn vị/phiên.

Đây là kết quả của đợt giải cứu các cổ phiếu này trong tuần qua. Trong phiên 22/11 và 23/11, hàng trăm triệu cổ phiếu giá sàn của NVL đã được khớp lệnh sau 12 phiên giảm sàn gần như mất thanh khoản. Tương tự, PDR có phiên giải cứu 22/11 sau 12 phiên sàn liên tiếp. Trong phiên, gần 35 triệu cp PDR được sang tay.

Tuy dòng tiền giải cứu xuất hiện nhưng đà giảm sàn của NVL và PDR vẫn kéo dài thêm sau đó.

Đối với các cổ phiếu bất động sản khác, mặc dù thanh khoản thuộc nhóm tăng mạnh nhưng nhiều mã chỉ có mức tăng từ 30 - 50% so với tuần trước.

Ở sàn HNX, dòng tiền tiếp tục tập trung mạnh ở nhóm xây dựng. VC2, MBG, NAG, TKC, CSC, MST, IDJ có mặt trong nhóm tăng mạnh thanh khoản tuần qua.

Trong khi ở chiều giảm, các cổ phiếu vận tải như SKG, TCO, DS3 bị rút tiền mạnh. Một số mã xây dựng ở cả 2 sàn cũng bị giảm thanh khoản. Cho thấy dòng tiền vẫn chưa thật sự đồng thuận ở nhóm này. Các mã đó là VNE, PHC trên HOSE và DDG, S99 (HN:S99), VC3 (HN:VC3) ở HNX.
